The building has a dynamic,
pedestrian oriented streetscape. A large landscaped
entry plaza leads to an elegantly appointed lobby.
The two ground floor corner retail suites at
Davis and 4th Street and Davis and Davis and
5th Street feature large, floor-to ceiling storefronts
and 14’ interior ceiling heights. The suites
are designed to accommodate a variety of retail
uses including restaurants. The entry plaza could
be used for outside restaurant seating. The retail
suites can accommodate single or multi-tenant
occupancy.

be covered. Parking access will from 4th and
